She brings extensive knowledge in business development, strategic consulting, human resources, and organizational growth, along with a strong commitment to helping business owners identify opportunities and achieve sustainable success. As a Board Member of the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, Shirley is passionate about advancing Hispanic-owned businesses, strengthening connections within the business community, and creating opportunities for entrepreneurs to grow and thrive.
