With more than two decades of professional experience, she is the CEO of RODRÍGUEZ LEGAL SERVICES and the owner of TORO TAXES EAST SAN JOSE. Through these organizations, she has provided professional tax preparation, accounting, business consulting, immigration assistance, and administrative support services to thousands of individuals, entrepreneurs, and businesses. Her leadership is defined by integrity, excellence, and an unwavering commitment to serving the community. Mayra currently serves as the President of the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce Silicon Valley, where she leads initiatives focused on empowering Hispanic-owned businesses through business education, leadership development, innovation, networking, and strategic partnerships that strengthen the entrepreneurial ecosystem across Silicon Valley. As the founder and CEO of Lioness Business Solutions, she provides comprehensive business consulting, tax preparation, bookkeeping, payroll, and business development services that help entrepreneurs build sustainable and successful companies. She is also the founder and CEO of Lioness Answering Service, a specialized 24/7 telephone answering and dispatch service serving towing companies and other high-demand industries across the United States. In addition to her consulting businesses, Vanessa is the owner of Toro Taxes Los Banos, where she and her team provide professional tax preparation, tax planning, and financial services to individuals, families, and business owners. Through all of her businesses, Vanessa is committed to delivering exceptional service while helping clients achieve financial stability and long-term success. A passionate advocate for Hispanic-owned businesses, Vanessa serves as Vice President – Southern Region of the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of Silicon Valley, where she collaborates with fellow leaders to promote entrepreneurship, foster strategic partnerships, and create opportunities that support business growth and economic development throughout the region. She also serves as Vice President of La Agrupación de Comerciantes del Norte de California, working alongside business owners and community organizations to strengthen the Hispanic business community through education, networking, advocacy, and economic empowerment. In addition, Vanessa is Vice President of Tacones Sin Propósito, a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering women through leadership development, mentorship, education, entrepreneurship, and community engagement. Mireya Espinoza is an Enrolled Agent (EA), tax and accounting professional, and business owner with more than 25 years of experience helping individuals, families, entrepreneurs, and businesses navigate their tax and financial responsibilities. Mireya is the proprietor of EMG Professional Services I, a tax and accounting firm serving more than 1,500 individual clients and over 100 business entities. Through her firm, she provides a wide range of services, including income tax preparation, corporate and business tax preparation, IRS representation, bookkeeping, accounting, payroll, sales tax compliance, tax planning, and business formation. As an Enrolled Agent since November 2018, Mireya is federally authorized to represent taxpayers before the Internal Revenue Service. She regularly assists clients with IRS matters, audits, tax compliance, and other tax-related issues. She also helps individuals and businesses comply with the requirements of the California Franchise Tax Board (FTB) and the California Department of Tax and Fee Administration (CDTFA). Mireya earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in International Business from San José State University in December 1999. Her career in accounting began while she was attending college, and over the past 25 years she has developed extensive experience in tax preparation, bookkeeping, accounting records analysis, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance. Mireya's professional success is rooted not only in her technical knowledge but also in the relationships she builds with the people she serves. She believes that trust, communication, and genuine personal connections are the foundation of a successful business. Laura Quiroz serves as Secretary of the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and is Founder & Principal of Quiroz Professional Services in the Bay Area. She provides notary, certified signing agent, tax preparation, translation, and wedding officiant services throughout San Jose, Santa Clara, and surrounding communities. Bilingual in English and Spanish, she is committed to expanding access to essential professional services for individuals and small businesses while strengthening trust within the Hispanic community. Her work is grounded in integrity, clarity, and client-centered service. Cultural Ambassador • Entrepreneur • International Speaker • Community Leader • Educator • Event Organizer Maestra Yajaira Rubio Machado is a visionary cultural leader, entrepreneur, international speaker, educator, and community advocate whose work bridges culture, business, education, and community empowerment. Born and raised in Mocorito, Sinaloa, Mexico, Yajaira comes from a family deeply rooted in Mexican music, arts, and traditions. Her grandfather was a composer of Banda music, and at just four years old, she began her journey in Mexican folklórico dance—planting the seed for what would become a lifelong commitment to preserving and sharing Mexico’s cultural heritage. She is the Founder and Director of Moon Azteca Dance and Art School, an organization dedicated to preserving Mexican culture through folklórico and pre-Hispanic dance, art, music, history, traditions, and cultural education. Through Moon Azteca, she has created opportunities for children, youth, adults, and families to discover their roots, build confidence, and experience the richness of Mexican culture. Her professional preparation includes multiple certifications in Mexican dance, traditions, arts, and cultural enrichment from different regions of Mexico. She has continued expanding her education in Indigenous and pre-Hispanic dance, traditions, and history, as well as early childhood education, strengthening her ability to combine cultural preservation with meaningful educational experiences. Beyond the arts, Maestra Yajaira has established herself as a respected business and community leader. She has served in leadership roles with organizations including the California Hispanic Chambers of Commerce, Solano Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, Vallejo Sister City Association, Vallejo Art Walk, Vallejo Naval & Historical Museum, and Hispanic Chamber of Commerce Silicon Valley. Her leadership has also taken her beyond the local stage. Maestra Yajaira has spoken and presented at business conferences, leadership gatherings, cultural programs, and women’s conferences in the United States and internationally, sharing messages centered on entrepreneurship, leadership, cultural identity, resilience, community service, and the power of purpose. Shirley Interiano, MBA, MS, APCC, is a seasoned business professional and community advocate with an MBA in Business Administration and Marketing, a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, and more than 20 years of experience supporting businesses and entrepreneurs. She brings extensive knowledge in business development, strategic consulting, human resources, and organizational growth, along with a strong commitment to helping business owners identify opportunities and achieve sustainable success. As a Board Member of the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, Shirley is passionate about advancing Hispanic-owned businesses, strengthening connections within the business community, and creating opportunities for entrepreneurs to grow and thrive. She believes that collaboration, education, mentorship, and access to resources are essential to building stronger businesses and more vibrant communities. Shirley is particularly committed to empowering Hispanic entrepreneurs and professionals by helping connect them with the relationships, knowledge, and resources necessary to succeed. Her combination of business expertise, community-minded leadership, and dedication to service allows her to contribute a thoughtful and collaborative perspective to the Chamber’s mission. Dennis King is the Executive Director of the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce Silicon Valley, on staff for over twenty-five years. He is the editor/publisher of Access magazine. He is also the Director of the Enterprise Foundation and the former director of Access Small Business Development Center (SBDC). The SBDC programs he managed facilitated over $140 million in loans and equity to local small businesses. His team also wrote and distributed over $12 million in small business grants in partnership with the County of Santa Clara, the State of California and the cities of Sunnyvale, Cupertino, Milpitas and San Jose. Dennis is a member and co-chair of the Chamber Coalition Silicon Valley, board member of the San Jose Chamber of Commerce, board member and state parliamentarian of the California Hispanic Chambers of Commerce and a member of other boards and advisory councils. He is a former business owner in general construction and magazine publishing. Dennis was educated at San Jose State University and Foothill College where he was student body president at both campuses.
