- Vanessa Rosas-Marquez is an accomplished entrepreneur, business strategist, and community leader dedicated to empowering entrepreneurs, strengthening small businesses, and advancing economic opportunities throughout California. As the founder and CEO of Lioness Business Solutions, she provides comprehensive business consulting, tax preparation, bookkeeping, payroll, and business development services that help entrepreneurs build sustainable and successful companies. She is also the founder and CEO of Lioness Answering Service, a specialized 24/7 telephone answering and dispatch service serving towing companies and other high-demand industries across the United States. In addition to her consulting businesses, Vanessa is the owner of Toro Taxes Los Banos, where she and her team provide professional tax preparation, tax planning, and financial services to individuals, families, and business owners. Through all of her businesses, Vanessa is committed to delivering exceptional service while helping clients achieve financial stability and long-term success. A passionate advocate for Hispanic-owned businesses, Vanessa serves as Vice President – Southern Region of the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of Silicon Valley, where she collaborates with fellow leaders to promote entrepreneurship, foster strategic partnerships, and create opportunities that support business growth and economic development throughout the region. She also serves as Vice President of La Agrupación de Comerciantes del Norte de California, working alongside business owners and community organizations to strengthen the Hispanic business community through education, networking, advocacy, and economic empowerment. In addition, Vanessa is Vice President of Tacones Sin Propósito, a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering women through leadership development, mentorship, education, entrepreneurship, and community engagement. Vanessa’s commitment to service and excellence has earned her numerous recognitions. She was honored as Woman of the Year in 2025 for her outstanding leadership and dedication to her community and was recognized as Latina Empresaria del Año (Latina Businesswoman of the Year) in 2026 for her entrepreneurial achievements, business innovation, and unwavering commitment to uplifting others.
