With more than two decades of professional experience, she is the CEO of RODRÍGUEZ LEGAL SERVICES and the owner of TORO TAXES EAST SAN JOSE. Through these organizations, she has provided professional tax preparation, accounting, business consulting, immigration assistance, and administrative support services to thousands of individuals, entrepreneurs, and businesses. Her leadership is defined by integrity, excellence, and an unwavering commitment to serving the community. Mayra currently serves as the President of the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce Silicon Valley, where she leads initiatives focused on empowering Hispanic-owned businesses through business education, leadership development, innovation, networking, and strategic partnerships that strengthen the entrepreneurial ecosystem across Silicon Valley. Driven by a passion for giving back, she is also the founder of Tacones con Propósito, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering women through education, mentorship, leadership development, and entrepreneurship.
