- Dennis King is the Executive Director of the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce Silicon Valley, on staff for over twenty-five years. He is the editor/publisher of Access magazine. He is also the Director of the Enterprise Foundation and the former director of Access Small Business Development Center (SBDC). The SBDC programs he managed facilitated over $140 million in loans and equity to local small businesses. His team also wrote and distributed over $12 million in small business grants in partnership with the County of Santa Clara, the State of California and the cities of Sunnyvale, Cupertino, Milpitas and San Jose. Dennis is a member and co-chair of the Chamber Coalition Silicon Valley, board member of the San Jose Chamber of Commerce, board member and state parliamentarian of the California Hispanic Chambers of Commerce and a member of other boards and advisory councils. He is a former business owner in general construction and magazine publishing. Dennis was educated at San Jose State University and Foothill College where he was student body president at both campuses.
